  • Tender material for tunnel and station construction issued (9 October 2009)
    Today, four prequalified consortia will receive tender material for Cityringen civil works. The four consortia can now get down to working on their financial and technical offers for constructing two 15.5 kilometre-long tunnels, 17 stations, three tunnel building sites with shafts, and two further shafts.

  • Tender Documents for the Cityringen Transportation System Released (2 October 2009)
    An important milestone in the construction of the new Metro in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg (Denmark) is reached today. Metroselskabet has just issued the tender material for the transportation system of the Cityringen to the four companies/consortia awarded prequalification in June this year.

  • Prequalification for Cityringen (24 June 2009)
    Metroselskabet has now prequalified a number of tenderers / companies to tender for the Civil Works and the Transportation System on Cityringen. In total, three big contracts are to be tendered out. One contract covers the civil works on the Northern part of Cityringen (CWN), another contract covers the civil works on the Southern part of Cityringen (CWS) and finally the third contract covers the transportation system and operation and maintenance (TS) on Cityringen.
