Fare evasion tickets
Passengers travelling without a valid ticket or travel pass will receive a fare evasion ticket.
From 18th January 2014 the following prices are applicable for fare evasion tickets in the Metro:

If you wish to complain about your fare evasion ticket, you may send a written complaint to Metro Customer Services, either by using this webpage or by regular mail, within two weeks of receiving the ticket.
