For tourists

If you are planning a visit to Copenhagen, here are a few tricks and tips; what to see, where to go - and how to get around the city.

The Copenhagen Metro has two lines – M1 and M2 - which run from suburban Vanløse to Vestamager and Copenhagen Airport. The metro is the fastest and cheapest way to get from Copenhagen Airport to the city centre. At the airport the metro station is located in Terminal 3, close to the arrival hall and airline check-in counters.

The metro ride to the city centre takes 12 minutes – and costs from DKK 36. Read more about how the get to and from the airport here…

You can purchase Metro tickets from the metro ticket machines located in all metro stations, including the metrostation at the airport.
